    I din't say anything about opening account at HSBC... I do wanna open an account at E*TRADE..

    dont know about HSBC.

    yes, but this is available only for the USA.. there are thousends of ppl ussing PayPal around the world who do NOT have that feature..

    well.. I'm a non-US Paypal user and I can tell you for sure there is no way I can withdraw money through a local bank account... in fact I can't even setup a local bank account..
