Buying HQ Adsense Sites (paying a higher than normal multiple of 24 - 48 mo revs)

    Hello!

    I'm look for a few high quality adsense sites. Don't mind paying a higher earnings multiple than is typical but the site must meet ALL of my specs below to qualify.

    - Under 500K Alexa
    - 200+ related back links
    - Max 3 word .COM domain name (ideally 2 word with 1000+ exact match Google search volume)
    - Completely unique content
    - 12 months of earnings proof
    - Transaction via Escrow.com

    Will consider sites earning $50 - $100+ monthly. Please do not send anything outside of this. Budget is low XXX - mid XXXX per site. Please don't post here... PM me. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!
