    i believe the programmer took a short-cut in logic!

    follow any light color surrounded by black (hair) ... so "white" people are followed,
    but where theres nothing bright surrounded by black,,, as in everything is "black" its just wont work!

    disclaimer : im brown, just might have the same issue with me :mad: => atleast now i know what not to buy! ;)

    Msolutions makes a good point it might have a problem with bleach blondes. It does not pick up difference in color to map face out so it follows faces it can. Should be easy fix because most other webcams can work fine.

    Oh my god lol. I feel sorry for that guy buying one for Christmas, then it doesn't recognize his face at all. I'm sure HP will revamp the software to more generally recognize faces and movements.
