    I have too many projects that I'm busy with and don't have the time or patience to work on this one:

    I built a site, the domain is 2+ years, it has close to 10 unique articles and I've spent $50 on submissions to directories and gigs on fiverr.com.

    Domain is on namecheap, has almost a year left.

    Don't have traffic and it's made me one random sale in the last 2 months.
