Yes, it's a clean page, pleasing to the eye. To add a little more interest you could bold certain words in the paragraphs and use colored icon buttons for Nos. 1-10 instead of text. Just a suggestion. Just Google 'free colored number icons' for resources.

I presume you will be trying to monetize the site at a later stage. If so, I would be going with the opposite to what you have.
I would have a header with a picture or cartoon of someone who has got tummy fat. Need to get some one to identify
and take some sort of action.

I was about to go with an icon for each tummy losing tip, but only as a bullet ( • ). Maybe even replacing numbers.

I agree that the header could be more 'call to action', but for now, I still like the current 'natural'.
