    • Site has about 150 pages of unique content.
    • Site has a product for sale on it. Original content in the report. No, it is not private label.
    • Custom graphics.
    • The site currently is ran on wordpress and uses the OptimizePress theme.
    • The salesletter was professionaly written by a copywriter.

    I am selling for the following reasons:
    • I ran out of interest on this project
    • Nneed funds for a newer project
    • It has just sat on my server for way to long.
    • The site is not currently making money.
