hows php code :sms sending from pc to phone working?

for my site,i need to send all updates to my users sms.do anyone know,how to setup sms sending system ?..is it a contract between service provider and the person or just a programming code?..can anyone hep me in providing a code..i am from kerala,india..if some indians can particularly help me in finding a solution to send sms to my list..please do reply..thanks..

You need a sms gateway with some kind of api function do you know of any ?

 

Cell phone companies automatically create an email based on mtn that would come through as a text message, you may try that route.
