You probably shouldn't have adsense on those websites or do you have copyrights for these episodes? Adsense might kick you off. Back to topic. White converts. Probably a simple change in colors alone would slightly improve your ctr. Also you should place a few paragraphs of content describing each episode and place a large rectangle next to the video. Whatever you do, make it pretty.
