The reason for me selling these sites is because I don't have time or the motivation to deal with these sites.

WebsBests.com - $400

This website is FULLY coded ready to go with a CUSTOM theme. The price for this one is so high because I paid $300 for a theme. (http://contests.sitepoint.com/contests/1512)
The goal of this site is basically have a rating system for each best category of a site. I think this site has a TON of potential. I've done 0 advertising to it so there is no money/visitors coming in, but I get ~20 impressions on Adwords for it. If you took the effort to advertise it, it can definitively be a VERY successful site.

Howology.com - $100
This is a prime domain with a WordPress backend. It has a few articles and it gets mostly organic traffic from google and ask.com. Again, if you advertise it and constantly add content, it will be successful as well.

MoneyPedia.net - $100
Another site powered by wordpress made into a CMS. It has a very clean layout and a adsense theme. I wrote all the articles, so it's original content. It has minimal traffic as well.
