I've had this out there for a year, and although it gets lots of traffic from people who have already posted their pictures, I am not getting new people to join.

I want to get some opinions on what needs to be changed - what works, what doesn't, etc so I can get more people to sign up and use it.

    Thanks for your feedback :)

The only thing that I see that needs to be changed is the Google image ads near the bottom, it's off centered in IE7 anyways.

the header looks good but the rest needs work you need to upgrade to more of a myspace look or facebook depending which route you want to go

right now the site looks like everything was just placed together they don't look like they belong together

I agree. I hate to say it, but I would hire a designer or buy a new template.

Looks really good to me, love the blue theme. I'm not sure whether the page might benefit from adjusting the positions of some of your Div's. Was this a template? I agree with the post about the Google ad at the bottom of the page, it doesn't sit too well below the table.

Maybe you should hit the user with the benefits of joining, or maybe give a free trial before they sign up for the paid option. I guess it's pretty tough when you've got people out there like imageshack and photobucket. If I were you I'd be asking myself what additional features I could create to make my site the one to choose...

Cool design, I hope you do well with it. :)
