    I came over here from our http://www.jrwrestling.com/forum. I'm a web designer guru guy who is just getting into SEO. This forum looks cool and informational so I'll see what I can find. :D

    I have over 10 posts and i still get this message "Live links and signatures are not available until you have 10 total posts." Why?

    I think it checkes criteria once an hour...at least that's been the case on the some other forums with similial rules.

    Anyway, welcome. I recognize the name from JR and a couple other places.

    Yes, "promotions" are done once per hour - think it is 15 minues after the hour (9:15, 10:15, 11:15 etc.)
