Hello I posted two of my content sites here in the sites for sale area I've had like 200 views on them and no one is bidding on them. Do you think this is because I have zero feedback? Ive got them up for $200 BIN 50$ starting bid, does no one want these kind of sites anymore? Is it because its lasting for a week. They are completely unique contents and on first page of google for their main term so I don't get why anyone would not want to bid on them and monetize them. Any ideas? am i missing something?
The website is valued with The amount of niche traffic that the website it receives/month The amount of income it attracts/month You can attach the Traffic analytics report, sales screen-shots with the listings to get more bids
I think that the price is to much, you see I have tried to sell on flippa before and I got just one reply that somebody was interested for my website. i listed that website for 100 dollars there. But the guy wanted to see my ebook that i was selling on that website and then he just never replied back. You just need to list your website on a lower price. That is how you can sell it more quickly. 100 dollars is to much, unless your website has the amount of traffic and has the amount of revenue. Earning some money. If the site does n´t earn an certain amount of money you won´t sell it. I want to sell my sites to but I think that I have to wait that I will get my 25 posts I guess so I could post a thread on that Buy sell and trade section.
broombroom - 1. First most people are buying " built " properties based on traffic/revenue.. The NEW website market is like 15-50$ range. 2. Design - too dark and off center.. 3. Ads - People are hip to the game.. if they see ads from the top-- its click back.. immediately. 4. You have to show sincerity - Welcome to domainname.com -- is not sincerity -- shows I am a marketer wanting clicks 5. Study Competition - Game up and try again. -- people will assume it will make no money 6. Are the Keywords Buying Keywords? or Just info keywords? what is CPC?
Well of course the niche has to have a certain targeted traffic so that the buyer might be interested. Unless you are planning to build an complete informational Adsense website. But still you would need to have good traffic for the keywords then.
May be you didn't ask for the right price. You must calculate the price according to your site's monthly income and daily visitors. Or You can just hire someone to flip your website for a high price.
People want reviews and proof and if your product has neither on it's sales page then try to include some. If you have none then just include feedback from friends and it will persuade others that your product is reliable.
i think this is not the right place for you to be selling your websites.. you will get way more money if you sell on flippa although they charge a fee for you to sell.. but websites with some traffic and unique content sell pretty quick there
