Hi, I had one of my sites indexed and cached in google. I had verified it using google webmaster tools. It was showing well in the google search engine. But now the same site does not appear in the google cache. Why is it so? I have recently updated the pages of that site. but I think it should not affect the previous cached data.

 

Most likely because you have recently updated? That is somewhat odd.

 

If I were, I wouldn't worry about petty things like this. Spend more of your time worrying about finding fresh contents. Once you have that, bots will come index and cache your site by itself.

 

After you updated the webpage you must wait until google update again.
