    zed is a TM, and it looks like they're selling ringtones on their zed.com website.
    Your domain could easily get you in trouble if misused..

    No i don't think so. I am going to start a file hosting on it and if they want this domain then give me a Xbox360 and take it :)

    You're Welcome, also keep in mind if your domains have tradermark etc in them dont register as you can sued..:p

    I m from pakistan and no one can sue here. Just joking :) I didn't know zed is a trademark but if now they want it come and purchase from me for 50 dollars. Isn't it less :)

    If it is a TM, they will just take it from you. They might pay u the reg fee...

    i would say reg fee if you are lucky. just try to get it off your hands free quickly before you are sued for braking copyrite laws.
