First get yourself a domain, next start posting in the contest section of Dp! This will give you the exposure you deserve. Start being active in other freelancing forum and all. :)

10-20 is pretty good. The question is whether you are getting repeat visitors. If you are getting repeat visitors, or visitors signing up for your feed, then the site will gradually grow, whether it is 10, 20, or 50. If the blog is not naturally growing, then there is something wrong with the content, and that is where you should look to do some fine tuning or major overhaul.

My blog use to get about 1200 visitors a day. It is now down to about 800. There are reasons for this and it is related to the keywords that visitors are searching on and are beyond my control. However, less than 10% per month are repeat visitors. This is poor, which is why I am thinking about revamping the content and look of the site. I could spend lots of time, and money, and double my traffic and it would still not do me any good, since visitors would still not come back.

So you have to be honest with yourself, and ask yourself whether what you are offering visitors is worth a return visit - especially with so much competition on the Web for eyeball time.

Google Analytics will give you this information, as will many of the web analytical tools that your web hosting provider may provide you.
