Do you know how to create this website? ( I made a mistake in the tittle I can't fix it) Someone asked me to create a website like this for him http://www.arcides.com/flash/ and I said I can't, because I'm not a web designer and I've never really needed flash cs4 for anything, everything i did, i did it in php and i've never really think that flash was gonna do me any good so I didn't learn it. I'm good with flex, but flex is for web apps and not these kind of sites. Nowadays every client you have is asking for flash. So is there any tut out there just to learn how to do it for next time?
The site is totally flash based and if you want to make this website surely you need to learn flash and its very professional and the 2nd thing if you make your site completely on flash then google never get your site in search engine...
I'm with all the people telling you in order to have a site like this you'll need to learn flash....you might be able to recreate some effects with JQuery though....I'm not sure which, as I'm not a jquery developer.
If you want to get out of it without sounding inexperienced you could explain to them that a 100% flash site = no decent Google rankings and hope they take the hint. It's what I do, Flash is not my forte
