How You Go About Choosing Your Moderators / Management Teams?

    I understand that having a strong management team is beneficial for both members and the expansion for the community, but how we choose the good out from the bad?

    look at what they have done for other websites and if nothing else do a trial period with them and not let them know because if you let them know they just may suck up to you. PM me i have a guy i just meet one who's good andwho offers this service pm me i will give your his contact info if you wan.
