How would you use one twitter account for multiple industries?

    What would you do if you would like to use one twitter account to cover different not related topics? Such as pharma and finance?

    My goals is to have focused audience, but sharing info from not related topics (pharma, finance) via same account might disrupt this.

    On the other hand I would like to avoid having multiple accounts as this would multiple my work, might bring confusion to audience (“Which account should I follow?”), and generally disrupt the consistency in twitter account promotion as you would have to promote more account.

    Wondering how would you solve this :)

    You are going to end up with very confused followers if you are posting about two different topics. I would recommend two accounts, then maybe using some sort of service to assist you with the management of the accounts.
