How would you spend $500 per week to promote a Torrent Site

How would you spend $500 per week initially to advertise a Torrent site ?

 

I will do the blackhat. I will hire some free lancer and make them to do some seo work.

I'd try the following :
*Buy adspots on several huge sites.
*Buy facebook fanpages.
*Buy freelancers to write posts on the torrent site.
*Buy black-hat methods to get traffic.
*Hire SEO masters, to improve my SEO.

I think 500 per week would'nt be enough for the above stated things, i think i'd need about 1k$ to implement those efficiently.

 

500 a week is plenty to start a advertising campaign.The main thing is relizing that PPC or CPA advertising yields results immediatly, but your paying for each click/action. This is great early as you site builds users but you do want to make sure that your SEO is up to date as well for the long term.Jason

$500 per week to promote the site is expensive, the good way to promote is send to the email list. I recommend you to try solo ads.
