How would you sell a directory?

    How would you sell one? I mean what files do you give them so they have the same amount of categories and links?

    What else do you have to give them?

    When you sell you have to sell the turnkey package
    URL Ownership Transfer
    Hosting Contract Data
    All files template psd etc etc
    Database of all existing links etc
    Email transfer
    Home Page Link Contracts how much, timeline, cost validity etc
    If in any doubt many top dudes on DP will do the file transfer and set-up for you

    What I missed someone will add in another post for sure :)

    Its been said by britishguy, I'd say If you are not sure about these things get some one that you trust and knows how to do this and I'm sure they can do it for you, have you a friend in the know? are selling just the website files? or domain as well?

    Give them a copy of the database, all php, html, asp etc files & the domain by pushing it to their account...

    Then delete your original files/database once the transfer is done & the buyer is happy.
