My friend wants to start an affiliate program for his book store site, and I was just wondering how would you get the word about an affiliate program? I have not done this before, but I would like to help him out...
Does your friend have a newsletter? If not, he could always buy solo ads from other opt in lists related to internet marking/affiliate programs. Some aren't all that expensive, so it could be worth a shot.
Sign up with an affiliate company (CJ, LS, SAS) and do a broadcast email to current affiliates - very fast! Does your friend have a website?
Can you tell me these companies names? I dont know what they stand for except for the first one... So do these companies charge money per transaction by taking a percentage of each sale or what do they do, I don't know how do they get paid... Thanks
If you think this scheme can make some money then post it in this forum. Its probably the largest collection of people who could make money on it that you will find. Also email anybody using a similar scheme and try to get them to try it and see if it works better than their current scheme.
CJ - CommissionJunction.com LS - LinkShare.com SAS - Shareasale.com All charge to sign up and they each take money in different forms - per sale or per month.
