Exactly! You can never read too much books if you think of learning a language, especially if you want to write for a living. I've read a ton of books written in English and participated in a lot of mailing lists and forums. That was almost the only way I learned English language. Still I often find it hard to express myself when I want to tackle more complicated issues. And its not easy to learn a foreign language, so when you compare yourself with native speakers your language will often seem clumsy. Like when you see the writing of the thread author compared to writing of the people who replied to him. And to be competitive on the market with skilled native language writers is almost impossible. That said, I want to do just that. Of course I don't fantasize that I can use better English than a highly educated American or Brit, but I think there is a niche market for the jobs I can deliver. By the way how would you rate my English?
Woah, it's just one big block. Try 5 sentences then a new paragraph. Also try cleaning it up. Put proper spelling and gramar, people love that.
