    based on my personal opinon this is how I would rank them:

    .info
    .us
    .me
    .biz
    .ws

    I believe that .ws has no value at all and .biz is dying out. On the other hand I can see .us and .me becoming more popular. .info will always stay popular for certain types of websites.
