If it's a gourmet brand of olive oil (Google: gourmet olive oil), you may be in luck, if not - i would use it as a mini-site, that pointed to another food/cooking related domain.
in my opinion, you should just easily 'park' your domain. Parking is when your domains would be filled with Google Ads, and for every person that clicks the ad, you get revenue. An exmaple of a website that offers this kind of service is : bodis.com
If it's a brand name olive oil you may need to be careful because companies will sometimes go after people for copyright infringement. If it's generic but relative to their product, you can contact companies directly and charge a nice price for them to buy it. Then there's always Flippa where you can sell to domain name investors.
