how would you monetize millions of video-views?

So I have a website in a low paying eCPM (for adsense and ad networks) region in the EU.

I have millions of video views on it, for self-hosted videos.

The users are really loyal.

Question is, how do I monetize them?

In video ads pay low and frustrate users. AdSense isn't too much worth it due to low CTRs (hence loyal users) and low CPCs.

What would you do?

That is something I've been trying with CPALead, however users are loyal and get a bit pissed and feel cheated when I introduce the content gateway.

I coud live with that if the payouts were high enough, but they're not.

What are your videos about and what numbers are we talking ?

Mostly about games. Users record their gaming progress, make it into an animated movie with effects and share between each other.

Typically they upload up to 40 unique movies a day.

 

Make a membership.

If user want to view unlimited videos per day,then they need to pay.

 

contact other businesses and ask them to sponsor you and tell them you will place their ad on your site.
