Buy not more than 3 domains - get some cheap hosting at hostgator - spark up wordpress + one nice magazine theme + add fresh content daily. Use the remaining amount to get some directory submissions etc.

I would probably put it in the bank and let it sit for a while and draw a little interest. Its really not enough money to get any real business going online atleast for the most part anyway but dont let me discourage you though.
Why do most people either say A) Its to low of an investment or B) Suggests to flip sites. If you were even to make a only back 40$ profit a month would you still do it? Would you still put your time into the project as if it was going to earn you 100/day?

If I were you, I would 1. But a researched/keyword rich domain name - anything between $1 - $8. I prefer .com 2. Take up hosting $1/month and install WP with some good theme. 3. Hire REwriters - $1/250words article rewrite 4. Get ready 20 SE optimized articles and post 3 articles a day per week. 5. Do directory submission for atleast 100 directories or hire a guy who does it for 10cents/directory. 6. Still you will have $20 left out. Invest on methods to drive traffic for about 1month with few new rewrites every week for the rest 2weeks. Start offering you site for sale in DP/SP to get a good price. In simple, this is blog flipping

Lets be serious, $60 is too low to be a meaningful amount, so you either need to get lucky, or put in some serious hard work and be prepared to wait. It's certainly possible to set up a website and generate income with $60, and a small few have made a good income from doing so, but plenty people have tried and not made any money at all. Read lost of posts in he adsense forum and you'll see that most people are making little or no income. I don't want to sound negative, but perhaps you might be better investing in a lawn-mower and offering to cut your neighbours grass, or buy a bucket and sponge and washing cars. More people around here making better (short-term) money in this way, than stand a chance of doing so on the Internet.

my suggestion for u is, Don't invest in anything... Try something else like CPA, affiliate marketing, etc like that.. Get a whole some amount and then think of investing in marketing ideas like Email marketing campaign,PPc, etc... My best suggestion is to try CPA, should work for u...
