How would you invest 1000$ ?

What would you invest 1000$ in to gain a profit ?
please don't say " buy some beer + smokes. " or "invest in a ptc site"
I have 1000$ in my bank account now so how should I use it to earn a large profit?

 

No need in anyone telling you since your post sounds like you already know what you want to hear.

 

Invest it in your own sites.

Either a) build up sites you have or b) create new sites to expand your empire. Then this time next year you have $10,000 in your bank.

 

You can start a business like walking dogs if you love dogs, for caring for lawns, doing handy works, or running errands for busy people, use that $1,000 to print some flyers and distribute in your neighborhood.

 

Personally, I'd spend it all on building one really great site and attracting traffic. Although the reality is that $1000 won't necessarily go as far in business as you might imagine.

 

Agree with what your saying here, theres nothing like a real world business.

 

I wouldn't invest it. I would just spend that free grand of bucks and on myself on Xmas.
Grand is nothing for starting any serious business.
Well, buy something vintage from an old garage and re-sell it at ebay then.

Use it to ramp up one of your sites. Use it to target some keywords!

 

You could even flip a few sites, buy some 1/200 dollar sites here get traffic and a month or so down the road resell for twice that

 

That's what I'd recommend as well.
Find a site that is making some money - buy it for even a few hundred if possible to help you learn the business.

 

I'll buy a .com domain for $10 and build a great blog. Build backlinks, do some blog commenting, social bookmarking, etc. These blogs can then be sold for lots of $$$!

This is called blog flipping.

 

I would do what is called real investing. You invest your money in a solidly performing mutual fund or stock. If you are in the US it can be called a "tax deduction". Great way to earn a lot of money, usually 8% a year if you are diversified in what you invest in.

Better is to invest in the direction where you are more keen and interested. Market is full of opportunities but you still need to know that there are money grabbers as well.

 

i would buy gold, stocks and some premium domain names from it, then I wait 5 months, get the yield, and do the same thing again..
