how would you insert a forum into a page?

I want to have a forum (probably phpBB) in the center column of a page, with a narrow column either side for navigation and ads, does anyone know how to achieve this?

I just found an example > smallbusinessforums.org, something like this would be great.

    thanks
    James.

Would reccomend that you use something like miniBB - to skin it it is pretty easy.

You need to think it reversely.

Its not inserting a forum into a page. Its inserting all other stuff into the forum interface.

thanks for the link, however wouldn't putting the forum in an iframe mean that the forum would no longer be search engine friendly?
