I have C:/Windows/system32/servicess.exe in my computer that loads on start-up annoying little thing, proabably spyware but no software, I used ( Kaspersky, AVG, Avast, can get rid of it. Kaspersky did find some other crap to help though.

also tried AVG antivirus and Spyware..Symantec tool for Gaobot but apparently this is a different malware

    It is in the HK User/S-1-5-21-270266...../Local Software/Miscrosoft / Winndows/ShellNoRoam/MuIcash /

I have an eraser/wipe program that cannot even get close to permanently getting rid of it.

How do I do it. ?:(

    thanks

AutoRuns should allow you to disable it at boot and the remove it.

    http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Utilities/AutoRuns.mspx

You could always boot into safe mode to remove it as well.

Have you tried any of the programs in this review on How to erase hard drive? I think you can just get a free trial without paying for one of them. There has GOT to be a way to get rid of that booger so hopefully you can solve this problem.

Way to pull up a post 2 months old on removing a registry entry telling them to to visit a site with evidence erasers. Looks more like an ad than a helpful post
Anyway if you still have problems bud try http://malwarebytes.org its free and catches many things adaware and spybot dont pick up
