How would you answer this question. If you were in a group of well dressed people, that were you exact target market and they were about to give you a chance to speak. Would you be able to say "I am a miracle at what I do" then proceed to explain why?

This question is what sets you apart from financial success and failure.

If you feel like you aren't a miracle at what you do the answer is clearly no.

A good salesman can sell himself even if he knows he is not the miracle.

I would never talk about myself (unless it's a job interview).

To sell them something I would:
    1. Show them I know them and understand their needs.
    2. Explain how they can benefit from my product or service.
    3. Introduce the company I represent to assure them we're able to deliver.

I could say a word or two about myself only as a part of a small talk, to show we have common interests or point of view besides business.

If it's not a well known product or if it's not a unique one then I think this may rather harm your reputation as clients are very reticent when it comes to 'ANOTHER offer' and not 'THE offer'.

Also, there is a way to say "no" don't say "no" directly..

For example: you take a holiday on every Sunday, then you can say that

I work from Monday to Sat!

    Only positive things!

    I'd actually reverse the sequence.

I'd say what I do, like... "I have a strategy that makes it so that when someone watches your YouTube video, YOUR other videos show up on the sidebar and at the end.. and NO ONE ELSES."

And then, if I have the right target market... THEY will tell ME that that's a miracle, and then want to speak with me (perhaps not in front of everyone else, but more privately) to see if they can get some of that miracle for themselves.

Hope this helps some people here.

I don't have to *convince* anyone that I'm a miracle. Firstly I am very easy to engage with. I can make you feel at ease, as I can probably converse with you on whatever subject you wish. I have a fast sense of humor and will have everyone in the room laughing, and before too long they are all standing around me.
I am the one you parachute in when you have clients you want to win over.
Even though my charm is 100% fake, it does work....perhaps this is the true miracle? ;)

A miracle at what you do? What does that mean exactly? Sounds like snake oil if you ask me and if you said that to me I wouldn't give you the time of day!
