    How would you add Adsense within the private message itself?

    Bad idea. Google wants ads to be in locations where it's crawler has access to. Pressing the Go Advanced edit button, googlebot usually can't access that as guests cant on most boards. It can't crawl a private message because it will never have a message sent to it.
