How would one state that his/her website IS the business? Does he/she have to sign or apply any forms?

What do you mean "is the business"? Which country/ state are you refering to?

In the UK any commercial website legally should state who owns/ runs it. If it is an individual/ sole trader then it would normally be done in the fashion of Your Name t/a YourSite.com or if its an incoporated organisation then YourSite.com is a trading style of Your Company Ltd

    Hi there
I think all those sites which have feedback form or Query form by which we get close to our consumers/customers/clients or any e-commerce site that gives us business, we called them as business sites. (just my thinking) :)

    Thanks
