How would one code digg integration to do it automatically

    Currently to put the digg it button on my articles, I manually fill in this link

    http://digg.com/submit?phase=2&url=www.UniqueURL.com&title=StoryTitle&bodytext=StoryDescription&topic=YourSelectedTopic

    with the appropriate changes so that for every post it adds the digg it button automatically and prefilled.
