How would I optimize my site for AdBrite and Bidvertiser?

I run many sites but for the most part, a lot of them are proxies. Could someone give me some pointers to optimize it for AdBirte and Bidvertiser or is it just the same as optimizing it for Google Adsense?

It's the same as Adsense practically, just you have more control over your optimization with Adbrite ads I think.

Is there a post on DP that describes the best adsense/adbrite optimization for proxy sites?
