Feedback How would I improve on this?

Hi DP community,

I recently received a warning for: "Running Up Post Count/ Post Has No Value". I'm still relatively new to this community so I do apologize if I violated this rule. However, can anyone explain to me how I can improve on this to prevent getting this warning again?

I understand that this is not a community for 'chit-chatting', but I do like to engage in conversations that deals with the media today (under General Chat). However, if this is one of the reason that falls under 'Post Has No Value', then I will reframe from doing so.

If someone can fully explain to me about this warning (as I failed to find it myself in the rules section), that would be really awesome. I do not want to do anything to upset FP admins or the community. Thanks in advance
