How would i go about...

    Getting more traffic i have already submitted to search engines and directories and yet no traffic increase.
    Any tools advice or tips would be nice also i got a blog which i wanna get traffic to as well.

    Thats not to say that i don't know how to get it .

    I'd go for content+links instead of only content :p
    If you added this site, www.wiiworldforums.com/WiiWorldBlog/ to search engine manually, then you will need to wait upto 1-2 weeks until site will be in search engines. as you can see, http://www.google.pl/search?hl=en&q=www.wiiworldforums.com/WiiWorldBlog/
    you site isn't even indexed now.

    You need to build links :) and content.
