How would I go about showing actual link names?

Okay, I use the Yahoo Media Player widget for websites, that embed's any .mp3 extension posted on the website. I also have a plugin installed for my site called download-box (.php) that allows only registered users to play the music provided - which seamlessly integrates with the yahoo media player, because I can upload (via FTP) to a special folder dedicated to the download-box plugin and it will automatically post on the front page, and then yahoo media player picks up the .mp3 extension and loads it into it's player/playlist.

Now the problem I have is, I can name the .mp3 files before or after I upload the files to the FTP, to whatever I want. But whenever I click to play the .mp3 file, the yahoo media player extends as it's supposed to, but ... no "Name" for the title of the track playing, or any of the tracks in the playlist for that matter. This is NOT the problem of the yahoo media player, it's just simply reading the files and their names, grabbing the extension and playing it (i can only believe at least). It's this download-box plugin that somewhere in its structure, it's causing the files to all be one name - and I've located the problem, just wondering how do I make the file playing and/or the files in the playlist, display the actual name of the file, as it is shown in the FTP, and even in the sidebar for the plugin which is displayed on the sidebar

All of this is in Wordpress. And the php file for the downloadbox is below.
the website is push36.com is you wish to take a look...
I've bolded the structure that is causing this problem..
ie. http://push36.com/?displayid= (I guess??.lol...I have the most minute knowledge of PHP, so I'm learning!!!)

thanx in advance to any who can help!!
