    Hey the best way to go about it to get visitors and targeted traffic is to go to ezine articles! :)

    It takes some time but it is very effective! :)

    I think press releases, blogging and viral marketing would be good promotional tactics for your new forum. Very clever and kinda funny by the way haha but it makes sense! Also if I were you I would create a more diversified header that show pics of all the varied types of brown people. Right now I don't think the one you have is really capturing the mass essence of your concept. Also adding an introductory to the top of your forum, explaining what it's about and what makes it different, could also help in attracting more members to your forum.

    A very good way to market it is by using adwords or writing articles about it. Once you submit them, a lot of people will know about it.
