How would i get a computerized voice on my site like this......

    I want a voice to say Welcome to my users when they log into there accounts, how would i go about getting this on my site?

    no just a voice, not a person, like whenever a user logs in itll say welcome

    you could probably record a flash object and set it to autoplay (no loop)
