How would I export all these links to .txt?

I'd like to export these directory links from directory critic (page1 - page7) to a normal text file that would look like this:

[url]http://www.a1directorysearch.org/[/url]
[url]http://www.esgsite.com/[/url]
[url]http://www.monsterdirectory.com.ar/[/url]

Code (markup):

(one link per line)

How can I do this the fastest way?

 

There's a free tool here that extracts links for a page:

http://tools.paulmaden.com/scrapey/php-link-scraper

It doesn't export them to a .txt file, but it would be easy to cut'n'paste and then edit the results...
