How would googlebot react to this 302 redirect?

    I am going to have a lot of backlinks to http://www.host.com/script.php.

    This script.php throws 302 redirects to two different sites, a 50/50 split.

    Will google follow these links? Will it see them as backlinks to the site that is the target of the redirect?

    I think you are asking for problems. Google likes 301's, especially when it is an off-site redirect. With bigdaddy, they are going to try to index the destination url, which is going to change 50% of the time and I think it could lead to non-indexing of both sites.
