just pretending that I have a .com domain with random keyword within, or even have dashes in the name.

    example : lite-review.com

let say that name do not have PR, very minimal indexed and no traffic at all
but, this domain listed on DMOZ.org, So, the Pros+ is just get listed on DMOZ directory.

how much this domain will be worth to sale?

    I would say at least $100 - $200.

How in the world did you even get it listed. I have submitted high quality sites many times and years later, nothing-

I don't know about a couple hundred... probably at least $20 or so. DMOZ is hard to get listed in, but not impossible

Well most probably around $50-$100 IMHO.
But you can get a dropped domain of DMOZ around that price. If that is your domain take notice they may check out if its expired or not @ content changed? You won't want to loose ur DMOZ listing just becoz you listed it on DP.. :)

Yeah its very frustrating. Despite the guidelines, there appears to be no rhyme or reason why things are done the way they are done over there.

that's because every category has its own editor and the editor mainly decides what he or she likes or not.
