I've a website and I am targeting 300 keywords for that. But the problem is if I am working on first 30 keywords then next 30 are going down, if I am working on next 30 keywords then first 30 are going downwards. I am targeting around 20-30 keywords per page. Can anyone please let me know how to work on all 300 keywords simultaneously and how to maintain their ranking? Please come with solution.

First create a group of similar keywords, and the select your primary keywords and seconder keywords and promote that group accordingly..however, if that groups are huge then you need big team to promote that group simultaneously.
SEO is not a single man work, you need a team for a big project. First target low competition keywords because they will rank fast on google and then target high competitive keywords.
300 words are important when you have lots of pages on your website. In limited pages of website it is not easy to use 300 website. And for getting best traffic only best traffic and the no. of best keywords are important and not all pages are compulsory used in SEO work. Only Targeted pages are used in SEO work for getting the best results.
the best solution is increase your team size. dedicate 30 keywords to each group of 2 and u can manage 30 and the remaining u can manage to other groups handling 300 is impossible i tell u.

swft is right. You will not be able to handle the work on all 300 keywords. If you want to target all 300 keywords at the same time, then you need to hire individuals who can help you with the task. Here you have a big project that cannot handle by an individual man. I have preferred you some steps to manage all the keywords in the same time. 1. Increase your team members at least10 2. Allocate 30 keywords each person 3. Suggest your keywords priority 4. Keywords divided in groups 5. Work on most targeted keywords for your business 6. Work on low or medium competitive keywords 7. Work on high competitive keywords After penguin update, you have to be alert for your off page work because you have big site or have lost of keywords work if there is any Spam work you band. So do only quality off page work for your targeted keywords. I hope these point surely helps you lot.
