The proxy market is saturated. If you are using a shared hosting for your proxies get a VPS or dedicated server first. If your site is down all the time, you will loose more revenue then you actually earn. To get a lot of revenue you need to have a lot of visitors so, raise your advertise budget and focus to target quality visitors, for example, USA visitors.
