    Hi everyone,

How will you appraise this domain "join2.com". I have received several offers for this domain but I am not sure what would be the right "acceptence" range for these offers. So I need opinions before I sell it.

    thanks.

A PR 0 website with 0 links? I really don't see any value other then the $7.95 it costs to register a domain.

You could always put it on eBay and see where it goes, although I doubt it would go anywhere. I used www.registerfly.com to sell one of my domains once, it was an easy $35.00.

It is hard to get big money out of domains, I own about 400 or so, I have a great name that a software seller wanted to buy.

    www.softwarelogix.com

Told the guy I wanted $10,000.00 for it and he nearly went into shock.

So even with great names it is hard to sell them for high dollar amounts.

Unless you have plans to develop the domain you should not buy it in the first place, most of the names I buy for future development. You should have some sort of idea on how it could be developed down the road because you are going to have fees to pay just to keep the names.

Thanks for all your responses but a domain doesn't need to have backlinks or a PR for it to be valuable.

anthonycea, your domain softwarelogix.com maybe worth about $200-350 and thats because its a remake of softwarelogics.com or more simple softwarelogic.com which is not worth more than $3k-4k.
