I put a small image before the title of my blogs using <img> tag of html. Like this.. Though the permalink is still I just wondered if searh engine both will also read the IMG tag and display also the IMG tag it on their SERP or they will only display those text outside the tag, in that case "New Shoes"" only. Anyone? Thanks!
As I notice on most of my competitor backlink site, yes they do. It will crawl by bots but I don’t think they read the TAG, I haven’t test yet. Let you know after I run some test..
Search engines will read all text on the page. They will attribute tags to images and index any url's they are given. Title and alt tags matter. I would do this:
its really confusing....but i could find any suitable reply above...according to me crawler will read the image but id dont think they gonna display image in result page
Ok, some of my blogs already got index and guess what? Google display only the text part outside the img or html tag which is a good thing since I have hundreds of blogs with that kind of format and I don't need to edit it anymore. Anyway. Thanks to those who replied to my thread.
And what if the image isn't stored on the server and instead on the some other server like imageshack.us So would the traffic come to the site where the image is posted or to imageshack ?
