My anime site http://www.sugoianime.com its new. But updating.... my question is i got a forum with the site. now the site will contain megaupload download links. I think most of the anime is copywrite protected so if i place those download links at my site the site wont follow the adsense rule. but the forum is OK. Now i want to ask google about it. Please tell me how will i say this to google? (I know the email address)

On Google AdSense Program Policies: Sites displaying Google ads may not include: "Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others"
Just tell them your situation, there's copyrighted material on the main site, so you will not put adsense units there, but there is no copyrighted material in the forums, so you'd like to ad adsense units there. tell they you just wanted to check before adding them, they'll appreciate this and you'll have a paper trail if they every question it in the future. Also, you'll want to monitor any images that your forum users use in case they are posting copyrighted images or links to download copyrighted material.
I know it's a dilemma, First I didn't see anything specifically about Anime mentioned in their policy... Now if you only have the ads at the forum, & you're saying that the forum is OK in terms of the content, then you can place the ads as long as they are not on the main URL. The other thing, if you suspect there is a problem with displaying ads on the main URL, and you wanna send AdSense a question then most of the time, they will send you a general answer from their policy so you can read it again.
All anime is copyrighted. Many anime sites use 'Fair Use' in the US as a reason for it being legal, but that has to do with how the anime isn't copyrighted in that country. I've heard serveral times about Adsense problems with such sites. Just don't know if that was the reason. So if I were you, I'd just gopher it.
it says 'sites',not 'pages'. you can't have warez on any part of your site, even if the ads are not on those pages.
