You could cancel your account yourself, you don't have to contact Google. As far as I know, you can cancel the account, but you can't completely delete it.
my account was set on prepay, i requested it to be canceled and i don't know what that email is telling me, is it canceled or do i have to contact them again. But how will i know my account is cancelled, when logging back in to my account
