Hi, I am a web developer. I have a USA Client. I am working regularly for him. He pay me monthly salary. So I want to send a invoice to him. So I see in paypal there are some field to be field up ie. Qty. Item ID..So Please help me how I create a invoice or Only money request good for salary payment... Please help me.... thank you
You simply input any required field, I think the Qty. Item ID are optional for your own record keeping. For Quantity simply add 0 or leave it blank if your means is just to send him/her an invoice. The item# that too is optional and it is use for your record keeping to keep track of what. What sending invoice is is just a matter for the client wanting a record of transaction and for you as well. Give it a try and fill out the forms and gain experience, really nothing to it.
If the client wants an invoice, give him an invoice. Otherwise use the request money function. Filling up either form is not rocket science- it is common sense.
Its a wizard, need only steps to complete. So use whatever is required? Customize it and then its ready to send.
