How Websites Get Fake Page Rank

    I know of a website that a PR 6 but digpagerank.com categorized it as "fake page rank."

    What is the effect of fake page rank? If it's fake, then why give it PR 6?

    actually the fake domain is happened when someone redirect the domain to the same name with different tld if im not mistaken buddy
